By using this website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms. Anbu Nest is operated by Veervill Private Limited.
Our services
- Anbu Nest coordinates local services for home, property and family in and around Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. We arrange and supervise work through trusted local professionals.
- Descriptions and prices on this website are for information. Final scope, timeline and cost are confirmed with you in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
Approvals and payments
- Work that involves third-party costs (for example repairs, materials or contractors) starts only after your approval.
- Subscription plans are billed in advance for the period selected. One-time services and project work are billed as agreed in the quotation.
- Prices may change. Changes will not affect services already confirmed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details and timely access to the property where required.
- Make sure you have the legal right to authorise work on the property or on behalf of the family members concerned.
Limitations
- We are a coordination service. Where work is performed by independent local professionals, we take reasonable care in selecting and supervising them, but we are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
- We do not provide legal, medical or financial advice. Where relevant we coordinate with qualified professionals chosen with your approval.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service concerned.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
