Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical items we deliver, such as gifts, groceries, spices and pooja items. Most Anbu Nest services are delivered in person and have no shipping.
Local delivery (Thanjavur and nearby)
- Gifts, cakes, flowers and sweets for your family are delivered on the date and time agreed with you, with a photo update where possible.
Parcels abroad
- Items are carefully packed and sent through reputed courier partners. Delivery time depends on the destination country and customs; it is usually 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping charges are quoted before you confirm the order and depend on weight and destination.
- Some food, spice and pooja items may be restricted in certain countries. We will tell you if an item cannot be shipped to your country.
Customs and duties
- Import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the receiver.
Tracking and delays
- We share the courier tracking details once the parcel is dispatched. Delays caused by courier, customs, weather or public holidays are outside our control, but we will help follow up.
